Return Policy
*Our Service Commitment:* We strive to process and ship your orders quickly while maintaining the highest quality standards. Our customer service team is available 7 days a week to help with any questions or concerns you may have about your order and is always open to finding alternative solutions that work for you.
*Processing & Delivery Times:* Processing takes 1-2 business days, delivery takes 5-12 business days. Holidays and weekends are excluded from delivery calculations.
*Third-Party Fulfillment & International Shipping:* Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. We do not maintain alternative return addresses - all return shipments must be sent back to our international warehouse for proper processing.
*Order Confirmation & Binding Agreement:* Orders become binding immediately upon completion of payment and receipt of order confirmation. Due to our direct processing workflow with our international warehouse, order cancellations are generally not possible as we begin processing orders immediately after payment confirmation. However, customers have a 30-day right of withdrawal after delivery.
*Product Information & Sizing:* Items may vary slightly in color due to lighting conditions during photography or screen display settings. For sizing advice, please contact our customer service team for specific item recommendations. When in doubt, we generally recommend choosing the larger size. We offer an exchange service if items don't meet your expectations.
*Uncollected/Refused Packages:* If packages are not collected or refused at delivery and automatically returned, we deduct 15% (minimum €15) from refunds. This deduction covers part of the shipping costs for both outbound and return delivery.
*Complaint Procedure:* For product complaints, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. All complaints require clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item. We will respond to complaints within 2 business days and provide resolution within 7 business days.
*Defective or Incorrect Items Policy:* For defective or incorrectly received items, we provide replacements or gift vouchers without requiring returns or return shipping reimbursements. If customers still wish to return such items, they may do so at their own expense. Our standard policy is replacement/resend or gift voucher for defective/incorrect orders.
*Delivery Options:* Packages are delivered by local postal services and courier companies. Delivery attempts are made to the specified address during business hours. If recipients are not home, packages may be delivered to neighbors, left in a secure location, or taken to a local pickup point, depending on the courier's standard procedures and local delivery policies. We are not responsible for packages delivered according to courier protocols. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide alternative delivery instructions where possible.
*30-Day Right of Withdrawal:* You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return products and request a full refund. Return shipping costs to our China warehouse are at customer's expense. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.
*Non-Returnable Items:* For hygiene and legal reasons, hygiene products and personalized items cannot be returned.
*Return Shipping Costs:* Return shipping costs are at customer's expense. Average return costs start from €13.65 for tracked letterbox packages. Exact costs vary by courier. Returns to China may incur higher shipping costs than domestic returns. All returns must be sent to our international warehouse: Wei Xinhong, Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, diagonally opposite the south gate of Lubao Technology, Yinzhou District, Ningbo 315100, Zhejiang, China.
*Return Process & Refund Policy:* We only process refunds once the returned package has arrived at our warehouse. We are not liable for lost packages or packages held by customs. While we don't expect any issues as we receive return packages daily, please choose a reliable courier service with tracking and trace for your return shipment. Always include a completed return form with your order number, items being returned, and reason for return. Contact our customer service team before sending your return to register your return request. The 30-day return period is strictly enforced.
